Annual Student Clubs Promotion Day

Annual Student Clubs Promotion Day was organized by the Student and Career Center (SCC) on November 3, 2021 at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS). The event aimed at promoting 11 student clubs, their activities and plans for the upcoming period. 

Welcoming speech was given by the Student and Career Center Manager, Ms. Hilal Yanik and was followed by a piano recital of IUS student Hamza Sušić. At the event, students had the opportunity to get acquainted with or join the Archery Club, E-Sport Club, Aviation Club, Cinefile Club just to name a few. Moreover, there were field specialized clubs such as IPSA Balkans Club intended for Psychology program students, Architecture Students Assembly, VACD Club for Visual Arts and Communications Design students as well as United Nations Association that raised interest among International Relations and Law students.

In addition to club presentations, the students had an opportunity to take part in the table tennis tournament, play darts or enjoy in the variety of food prepared as part of a fundraiser whereby the collected money will be donated to charity.

IUS recognizes the importance of student extra-curricular activities and continues to support events which bring the best out of our students and encourage them to contribute to a better society.
